I think DryBar is a brilliant idea! I mean the idea that you could go to the salon to just get your hair blown out has been a game changer for so many women. When Dry Bar first opened in our town I was there almost every week, I had a membership and I think I was paying maybe $35 a blowout – it was so worth it to me and made me so happy. I mean let’s face it if you are having a good hair day everything else in life just seems better. But as their popularity grew so did their prices – at $49 a blowout I can’t justify that on any regular basis.
BUT I found the solution to still having a good hair day . . . this $59 hair dryer by Revlon!! Thanks to my niece for telling me about it on our ski weekend!
OMG, talk about a game changer! I have always struggled to get my hair straight and still have some volume and to look even just a little bit like a walked out of the hair salon . . . well no more. It takes about 15 minutes for me to dry my hair and I am not struggling with the dryer and a brush and BAM my hair is even straight in the back, has some volume and feels super soft. I have been using this hairdryer for a little over a month now and I can’t say enough good things about it! I no longer dread drying my hair and almost every day 😉 is a good hair day and that is huge!
I do section my hair off with hair clips while I am drying and I use a couple of products to help keep my hair smooth and speed up the drying time. I listed my favorite hair care products below including a great dry shampoo by Living Proof because I do think this is the best hair dryer but I want to keep my blown out hair looking good for as long as possible. 🙂
